Personal Training is tailored to your preferences and objectives.
Your training can be whatever you want it to be, whenever you want it, so long as we achieve your objectives: be that
weight loss, looking better, feeling fitter, running a fun run or even a marathon, completing a triathalon or trying
to get pregnant!

WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?
As your Personal Trainer we will get together initially to establish
where you are now, what you want to achieve and how to fit exercise and health improvements into your lifestyle.
I work with all ages, both sexes, all sizes and people with very different career and/or family commitments. I understand
that tailoring your programme to what you want to do and what you can do is vital to our success together.

WHERE, WHEN & HOW?
Training can be done at your home, at a gym or at mine. It can be done indoors, outdoors or a mix
of both. Wherever possible I prefer to exercise out of doors as I think fresh air and contact with the countryside brings
an extra element of health to the process.
HOW MUCH?
We can meet as frequently or infrequently as suits your programme and lifestyle. The norm is once
a week or once a fortnight. I can be very flexible about days and times though the price reduces for firm and longer-term
commitment. Estimate on £37 per hour for the initial assessment and programme and less thereafter if you commit to regular
planned sessions.
