Pilates & Yoga Blend combines the core strengthening work of Pilates with the increased flexibility and deep relaxation
of Yoga.
Prices: £10 each for 4 sharing, £15 each for 3
sharing, £20 each for 2 sharing and £37 ph for 1:1 (reducind to £30 ph if you come to my studio).
